1. How to use Q SMART®?

We recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules depending on the symptoms, separate from food and other medications by 2 hours. The capsules can be taken either both at once or separately, 2 times a day.

2. Can I use Q SMART® together with my medication therapy?

All ingredients are generally safe to use in combination with medications (including allergy and asthma medications). Our first recommendation is to consult your pharmacist, doctor, or contact us directly online HERE.

3. When is Q SMART® NOT recommended for use?

During the use of quinolone antibiotics, it is necessary to pause Q SMART®. 4. How soon can I expect results from using Q SMART®?

Studies show that the active ingredients start reducing allergy symptoms (sneezing, runny nose, conjunctivitis) within 15-30 days. It is recommended to use it consecutively for 3 months, then take a 2-3 week break to monitor the body's reaction to allergens. The same applies to asthma and inflammatory bowel/joint diseases.

5. Can I start using Q SMART® before the expected onset of seasonal allergies?

Q SMART® can be started approximately one to two months before the expected onset of allergy symptoms, with 1 capsule per day. When symptoms begin, the dose can be increased to two capsules per day, separate from food and other medications (either at once or divided into two doses per day).

6. How long does the effect of Q SMART® last?

Q SMART® is a dietary supplement that will likely help balance the immune system, which requires some time – several months for better-controlled symptoms. Use breaks between uses, after every 3 months of continuous use to assess effectiveness. Be patient.

7. Can Q SMART® be used simultaneously with biological therapy?

The safety of simultaneous use of Q SMART®'s active ingredients with biological therapy has not been researched, therefore their simultaneous use is not recommended.
