If you want to learn more about fatty liver and how to naturally help it, we invite you to read our review of the public lecture we recently held.
Fatty liver is one of the most common liver diseases, and it is caused by various factors such as unhealthy diet, obesity, medications, excessive alcohol consumption, diabetes, high blood pressure, and others.
In the early stages, fatty liver does not cause symptoms and is often discovered incidentally during examinations. However, if left untreated, the disease can lead to serious consequences such as liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.
The public lecture on fatty liver attracted great interest from the audience who wanted to learn more about this topic. A large number of people are unaware of the dangers that fatty liver can cause and how to help it. Therefore, we decided to organize this lecture to educate the public about the importance of preserving liver health.
During the lecture, we focused on the dangers that fatty liver poses to health and ways to help it.
Who were our speakers and what did we talk about?
One of our main speakers was nutritionist Alma Bunić from Nutriforma, who spoke about the importance of proper diet in fatty liver. Alma emphasized the importance of avoiding saturated fats, sugars, and alcohol, and instead recommended consuming foods rich in fiber, fruits, and vegetables. She also prepared a menu specifically tailored for fatty liver, which was enjoyed by the attendees. We prepared some examples together and enjoyed delicious and healthy meals.

Samir Rizk, a Master of Pharmacy and specialist in clinical pharmacy, presented the dangers of medications that can harm the liver, such as paracetamol, certain antibiotics, and antidepressants. He explained how these medications can cause serious liver damage and how to prevent more serious medication-related liver damage, as we all sometimes need to use these mentioned medications.

Lidija Vuljanić Rizk, a Master of Pharmacy and Phytoaromatherapist, emphasized that Silysmart® capsules contain phytosomal milk thistle, choline, glutathione, and vitamin E, which are known for their beneficial effects on liver health. She highlighted that these capsules can help in the prevention and treatment of fatty liver and are a natural solution that can be used in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise. Milk thistle is a plant traditionally used to treat liver problems such as fatty liver, jaundice, and hepatitis. Phytosomal technology allows for better absorption of the active ingredients in the body. Choline is an essential nutrient that helps remove fats from the liver. Glutathione is an antioxidant that helps protect the liver from damage caused by free radicals, and vitamin E also has antioxidant properties.

Our goal is to raise awareness about fatty liver and the importance of liver health in general. Silysmart® represents a natural solution for maintaining liver health and supporting its normal functioning. We hope that our presentation will encourage people to think about their liver health and choose natural options for its support.
How did the lecture end?
At the end, we all sat together and openly answered a multitude of questions from the participants, gladly sharing our experiences and struggles – because we all have them. It’s just important to surround oneself with supportive people who promote positive change and expand our knowledge a little. We sincerely hope that we have inspired healthy changes and shown that we are just humans who make mistakes while living our everyday lives.

Poštovani,
Dear,
I am not at all sorry that I attended your lecture. It was interesting and not boring because there were three of you who took turns giving lectures from your respective professional fields. I am awaiting the results of my blood tests to see if there is a need for any medications related to fatty liver, cholesterol, and triglycerides.
Best regards and have a pleasant day!
The lecture was very interesting and well organized. We received basic information about the liver and nutrition, which was the goal of this lecture. I was particularly impressed by the discussion that took place after the presentations, where you as speakers responded clearly and comprehensively to our questions. Lastly, I would like to praise the delicious and healthy food. I hope this is not the last time we will meet.
Warm regards,
How can you further help your liver and support fat metabolism?
The plant milk thistle has long been known for its protective and regenerative effects on the liver, thanks to its main active ingredient silymarin.
Numerous studies have confirmed that milk thistle, either alone or in combination with vitamin E and other antioxidants, can reduce inflammation and damage in fatty liver.
Our digestive system actually has difficulty utilizing milk thistle, which is why phytosomal extracts are better (simply put, milk thistle is enclosed within microscopic oil droplets).
Phytosomal form demonstrates better absorption and more efficient intracellular penetration compared to conventional extracts on the market. Due to its higher bioavailability, phytosomal milk thistle extract is effective even in smaller doses.

DAMASALIS has developed a product for the health of your liver, with a unique composition and a 7-in-1 action:
SILYSMART® contains a phytosomal form of milk thistle extract that our body can better utilize, resulting in a 7 times stronger absorption compared to conventional products on the market – it regenerates and protects the liver, cleanses the body from free radicals and toxins from medications, supports the liver and gallbladder in fat digestion, slows down the growth of tumor cells, protects against oxidative stress, reduces fatigue, and restores energy.
- Reduced glutathione, the strongest antioxidant in our body, which further protects the liver from accumulated toxins
- Choline bitartrate promotes fat breakdown and supports liver function
- Vitamin E protects liver cells from oxidative stress
The liver doesn’t cause pain, but we cannot survive without it! Pay attention to the symptoms of an overloaded liver and take immediate action
